An International Tax Boutique law firm located in the Bethesda/Gaithersburg, MD corridor is in search of a mid-level Tax Attorney with 4 years of experience to join its expanding and sophisticated tax practice. The mid-level Tax Attorneys duties will include working on tax related matters with an emphasis on federal, state, local and foreign tax related issues concerning income, estate, excise, property and gift tax along with advising on the same; conducting legal research on tax codes, regulations and procedures; and performing other duties as assigned. This mid-level Tax Attorney position offers a competitive compensation that is commensurate
with experience and level of expertise.This mid-level Tax Attorney position requires the candidate to have 4 years of tax experience in a law firm setting including strong knowledge of tax codes, regulations and procedures. The ideal mid-level Tax Attorney candidate should have significant experience in federal, state and local tax matters with the ability to manage, advise and counsel on the same. A JD degree and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction is a must for this mid-level Tax Attorney position. The successful mid-level Tax Attorney candidate will have a CPA and/or an L.L.M in Tax. Excellent research, writing, analytical and oral communication skills, attention to detail, a self starter attitude, the ability to work as a team player and have sound judgment are all a must for this mid-level Tax Attorney position.
